The About section contains the following fields:
Icon shows the widget's current icon. When created, it uses a default icon for the type of widget, but you can click on it to display a Select Icon dialog, where you can choose one of a number of predefined icons, or upload your own:
The icon may be the only indication that a member has as to what kind of widget it is, and how to interact with it. Passive widgets, even those which require the user to start them (such as a video widget) should not be a problem; interactive widgets, which enable or expect input from the member, may be, and you should be careful about changing their icons.
- The Title field repeats the same field on the Main tab.
- The Description field allows you to attach 255 characters of description to the widget in addition to the Title. The Description does not appear to members, and you can use it to include information intended only for administrators of the Space.
The Status field allows you to set an initial status for the widget, which will appear in the Widget Toolbar. The Status is free-form text that you can use to communicate information about the widget and its contents to members, for example 'Draft' or 'Includes latest information'.

The Visibility section contains the following fields:
You can set Publish now to true or false . If set to false, the widget is not visible to members.
The Section field allows you to group widgets in the widget area. Enter a free-form text string to assign the widget to a named section. If the Section field is left empty, the widget is assigned to the default section labeled Now.
