You can ask for a signature from some or all of the Space members. Signing a widget is a stronger version of the Seen or the Approval tasks—you can have greater confidence that the member has actually looked at the widget if they sign it. The exact meaning depends on the conventions of the Space.
Select the widget in the widget area.
Click the Sign button in the Action Button Bar to show the Sign sidebar:
Click the button to show the sign dialog:
Enter the email addresses in the Enter emails field. Terminate each address with a comma.
Type a message to include in the notifications in the Message field and click Create. An overview of the task appears in the sidebar:
You can click Details to show more information, such as how many members have signed. You can archive the task, or send a reminder to the members you assigned it to, by clicking the menu button
When the recipient signs, they have to produce a signature on the screen. This makes most sense for those with touch screens or tablets for input—it is much more difficult to produce a reliable, or even recognizable, signature with a mouse.
