The Tasks tab has two buttons for defining tasks, and a list of existing tasks:
The Seen button allows you to quickly define a task that asks all members to confirm that they have seen the widget's contents.
Notify members of this todo via email is false by default, in which case the task is waiting for members when they next log in to Spaces. If you want to alert them outside Spaces, set it to true.
The Task button allows you to define a more general task:
- Add the email addresses of those members you want to assign the task to in the Enter emails field.
- Add text for the task in the Message field.
The task appears in the members' to do list.

Existing tasks appear either as New Todos or Existing Todos. In both cases, you can remove the tasks by clicking the Remove button
