To view and export reports, you must be an administrator of the CaféX Space that you are reporting on. Administrators can run reports on the following:
- Any of the CaféX Spaces widgets
- All Spaces members
- Activity in the Space
To view a report:
- In the Management Toolbar, click on the Manage button
Click View Report in the menu. The working area shows the Report page:
Click the Members icon to see a list of members.
Click the Export CSV button to export a file called members.csv which can be opened in most spreadsheets. The file contains information about what members there are, what actions each has taken, using what device, and when.
Click on the Widgets icon to see a list of the widgets.
Click on one of the widgets in the list to show a page with more details, including tasks and comments.
Click the back button to return to the list of widgets.
Click Export CSV to export a file called widgets.csv, which contains information about activity on the widget, including editing its contents and properties, creating comments, and so on.
Click the Logs icon to see activity for the Space.
Click Export CSV to export a file called logs.csv, which contains information about all activity in the Space itself, including changing the appearance, issuing invitations, locking and unlocking, and reordering the widgets. It also contains all the information in the members.csv and widgets.csv files.
- Click the Refresh button to update the reports.
- Click the Download button to download file called space.csv, which contains a full information log (that is, the same information as logs.csv, plus information about reporting itself).
